How do we communicate?
Most clients prefer email, text, or Teams - but we’ll set communication preferences during onboarding. I respond promptly during business hours and provide clear updates so you can always know what’s happening behind the scenes.
Do you work with teams or just business owners?
Both. I can coordinate with your team, manage communication, and support internal workflows as needed, especially in the Operational Management and Executive-Level packages.
